Or, “I have better sense than that”. However when it really comes down to it we all do stupid and humiliating things. Just some more prominent than others.

#5.Rate Hike
Imagine going to the mailbox and finding your electric bill. You think, “ok. gotta pay them again. How much is it going to be this month?” You open it to find your rate has surprisingly increased 1.2 million percent! That is exactly what happened to an Abilene, Tx resident as it was reported on ABC 13 in Houston, Tx on June 27.
The woman reportedly owed the electric company she was with, Potentia Energy, over $1.4 million dollars for a month of electric use at 100,000 cents per kwh. That is $1,000 per kwh!!!! She complained to the company and was told it was a computer error and that they would resolve the situation. They also excused the late fee of $66,000.

#4.Fart Assault
OK here is a story I first leared on the telegraph.co.uk. A 72 year old North Jersy man was arrested for alledgedly threatening another man with a gun for passing gas in front of his apartment. Talk about a neighbor rivalry! Moral of the story would be careful where you pass gas. The man has been charger with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and terroristic threats.

#3.My Mild Shake Brings All The Money To My Car
For the #3 spot this week it is pretty good! A woman was walking donw a street in Palo Alto, CA was walking along a street at midnight on June 24 when some kids drove past her and threw a milkshake, striking the woman in her face. Out of retaliation she threw her Alligator skin purse at the car. Out of shear bad luck, the purse flies into an open window and the teens drive off. If losing her expensive purse and personal belongings wasn’t bad enough she also loses the $2,000 that was in her purse!
As of yet the teens have still not been captured as reported by the Huffington Post. If they are they will be facing charges of Battery, theft of private property, and misappropreation of private property.
#2.Rat Resale
The proud people of London have found out what the phrase “you get what you paid for” is all about. The bargain store Poundland has been fined 24,000 pounds for repackaging and selling rat chewed candy and biscuits. The store was already in trouble for having the rodent problem to begin with, but, now that is just bad business!!!
#1.Grandpa’s Gone Wild
From Tampa Bay, FL vomes the number 1 story of the week.Tropical Storm Debbie was wild and crazy in Florida. And brought a crazy 52 year old man in with it. A pizza delivery driver had left her 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix stranded and abandoned in high flood waters. The 52 year old man comes along and gets on top of the car with a golf club and started to wail away at the car… oh did I mention he was buck naked… Nearby neighbor who witnessed this tryed stopping him and asking him how he would feel if it was his car. To this he yells back “This is my car now!”
When the woman came back to her car she found Lights smashed, glass broke, and doors open. She called the police and neighbors directed them to the man at fault. When the police arrested the man they asked him why he smashed the car. He told the police that he had thought there was a baby in the car and he wanted to rescue it. The police then asked the man why he had opened the doors. he responded the the car needed aired out.
WTF!!!!
